Last week we pretty well stuck to the plan. Which was great. Some notes from last weeks plan - the dragon noodles were good - but SUPER spicy. I like my food hot... but my husband said it could have been toned down a little bit.
This week I only have a few nights I really need to plan for so it should be easy to stick to as well.
Monday: crispy eggplant rounds (and a salad)
Wednesday: with family
Thursday: sweet and spicy sriracha baked salmon
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: baked spaghetti (make an extra freezer meal for delivery to friends who just had a baby.)
Sunday: one of our freezer meals
