MPM: Week of Feb. 3

Holy, wow. I have gotten way off track with blog posts. I didn't meal plan last week and we suffered because of it. I only really "cooked" one meal... plus Super Bowl food. Thank goodness blog posting or meal planning wasn't a new years resolution. My 2014 mantra: "you can do anything, but not everything" is obviously very true for this year. Hopefully I can move blogging into the column of something I have time for.

Ok, enough of that. On to the menu plan for this week.

Monday: Black Bean Asian Tostadas
Tuesday: Slow-Cooker Taco Pasta (with turkey not beef)
Thursday: Potato & Rosemary Pizza
Friday:Chicken and Dumplings
Saturday & Sunday: In-laws are in town so we'll eat at my parents house or go out for dinner.

Wednesday's recipe I found via this Prune article in California Bountiful (a magazine my office produces!) Its a good resource for recipes that are specific to California grown goods. Worth checking out.
