Amazingly Easy Dessert

After who knows how many hours of clicking away on Pinterest - I saw this photo of Sopapilla Cheesecake. It looked so yummy. After clicking on the link that led me to My Yellow Umbrella and reading the recipe, I decided I had to give it a try.

I used her suggestion on the recipe of using Neufchatel cheese instead of regular cream cheese - and I also used the reduced fat crescent rolls. I also cut the recipe in 1/2 and used a 8x8 pan instead. It made the house smell wonderful as it cooked and it tasted amazing too!

To the left is a picture of what a piece of mine looked like. I'll be making this again soon!
